Fairyland Land Acknowledgement
The storytelling, education, and entertainment we work to create at Children’s Fairyland takes place in the unceded ancestral land of the Lisjan Ohlone people. As we gather here in joy and community, we acknowledge the theft of this land and the harm done to Indigenous Peoples over centuries of genocide, colonization, and forced removal. We acknowledge our responsibility to uplift the voices of the Ohlone people and we stand in solidarity with the descendants of the original stewards of this land.
