Chef Monique takes the stage alongside Fairyland’s furry puppet mascot, Quercus for a lively, step-by-step demonstration designed for young audiences and their grownups who want the inside scoop on The Town’s best places to dine. Everyone gets a sample of the Chef’s delish dish and takes home a recipe card to keep the magic going at home!

Chef’s Story
From Bravo’s Top Chef to owning a wildly popular Oakland bakery, Chef Monique has always been a culinary star. She started her bakery with her partner Paul after their pastries became locally sought after treasures. Tarts de Feybesse is now well known way beyond the Bay Area for its viral fruit-shaped “trompe l’oeil” pastries created by the couple.
